Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shandian VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing and using this App and related VPN services.

By downloading, installing or using this App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute or misuse the App or related marks without authorization. You may not reverse engineer source code, translate app text for redistribution or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans or fees and will present relevant information to users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because these actions may reduce system security and affect App operation.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to the terms of those third-party services.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used because of device account arrears, data limits, carrier outages or poor signal, the Service Provider is not responsible for related losses. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you enable roaming without a suitable data plan, resulting charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service interruption caused by battery depletion, system restrictions, third-party platform policy changes or force majeure is not covered by compensation. We maintain route information, compatibility and security updates, but cannot guarantee that every third-party website or service will be reachable in every region at all times. The Service Provider may terminate App services when necessary; after termination, the license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: digital services, software licenses and account benefits are generally final and non-refundable once delivered and activated.

Product Evaluation: We recommend using the free edition or available trial benefits before purchase to confirm that Shandian VPN fits your device, network and access needs.

Customer Support: If you encounter connection, login or download issues, please contact support first so we can help troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: Some technical issues may affect experience and we will work to resolve them, but a single node issue, third-party platform policy change or local network failure does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if an account, license or digital benefit is shared, resold, abused or used for unauthorized purposes.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Updates take effect after publication on the website.

By purchasing and using Shandian VPN, you agree to comply with this non-refund policy.
